All our bar packages are bespoke, so we will need to establish your requirements before we are able to provide an accurate price for our services. Rather than operate a generic ‘off the shelf’ service, we will spend time discussing your event with you so that we can determine the exact contents of your bar package.
The factors that influence our pricing include:
- The number of guests that we’ll be catering for
- The type of bar that you’ve chosen (pay bar, dry bar, open bar)
- The location of your event
- Any personalisation options
- The length of your bar hire
- The number of staff involved (bartenders, waitstaff)
- The range of drinks you’d like us to serve (premium spirits, microbrewery beers, Champagne cocktails etc.)
- Any additional drinks packages (welcome drinks, table wine, toasting drinks)

We believe that the best way to demonstrate how our pricing works is to provide you with illustrative examples. For each of the following events, you can see the facilities that we provided and the cost that the customer paid.
Dry bar hire
Dry bar hire with two mixologists for 100 guests – Hartley
We provided:
- A 12ft professional, rustic wooden bar unit
- A double back bar chiller for bottles
- 300 glasses
- Two mixologists for a five-hour period
- Cocktail making equipment
Cost to the customer – £950
Dry bar hire with a mixologist for 40 guests – West Malling
We provided:
- A 5ft professional, modern white bar unit
- Personalisation for a 30th wedding anniversary
- A double back bar chiller for bottles
- 120 glasses
- A mixologist for a five-hour period
- Cocktail making equipment
Cost to the customer – £595
Open bar hire
Open cocktail bar for 60 guests – Maidstone
We provided a full bar service that offered guests complimentary cocktails for five hours. We set up at 3pm to start at 5pm and finished at 10pm. At 10pm we closed the bar down and took everything with us, including waste.
Cost to the customer – £2100
Open bar with gin reception for 80 guests – Godstone
We provided a full bar service that offered guests complimentary beers, wines, cocktails, spirits, and soft drinks for five hours. We set up at 5:30pm to start at 7:30pm and finished at 12:30am. At 12:30am we closed the bar down and took everything with us, including waste.
Upon arrival, each guest was presented with a fully garnished gin combination served in a gin bowl.
